About LTEA

The Lexington Talent Education Association (LTEA) is a non-profit, parent-led organization that has been providing Suzuki Method music education in Central Kentucky since 1968.

LTEA faculty all hold degrees in music and have had extensive Suzuki certified teacher training. Many of the teachers perform locally with the Lexington Philharmonic, Lexington Community Orchestra, churches, colleges and universities in the area.

Because there are so many diverse instruments offered in this program, as well as the number of enrolled students, the families in LTEA are able to get a well-rounded music education in a supportive environment. The network of parents present at group lessons and programs provide a support system for all involved.

The Suzuki Twinkler is an overview of the Suzuki Method provided by the Suzuki Association of the Americas.
